Layered regulations and varying evaluation approaches by local offices have often led to cadastral income assessments misaligned with the actual characteristics of the property. Since 2018, our specialized know-how—based on the Cost Approach method—has enabled our clients to achieve significant property tax savings (IMU) through submission of a more appropriate and optimized cadastral income. This also allows for property tax refunds for the non-prescribed years preceding the optimization.
